Help find my Japanese Father!

Hello I was born on December 24, 1996. I am currently 25 years old and I have been looking for my father this past 8 years. We have lost contact since 2014. I want to have communication with him again. He is old now I think. He was born April 26, 1945 (Im not sure because my mom is forgetful) His name is Miyoshi Shibata. Has a company for construction materials in 996-1 Shimotomi, Tokorozawa Saitama. But I cant seem to locate him. I have been searching through the internet. I don't have any relatives or friends in japan. Please help me. Thank you. I have never seen him even once I only have his photos and his old phone number

There is a company named Shibata Kogyo (Shibata Industrials) registered to that address.
The publicly listed phone number for the company is 04-2942-8603.
Is this the "old phone number" you have, or a different one?
If it's different, you might try calling it.

Thank you. The problem is I can't speak japanese as I have grown in the Philippines If its okay can you please help me call the number and ask if there is a person named Miyoshi Shibata? I would be forever thankful to you

i hope someone can help me. This is my father 28 years ago. I dont have any photos of him. He is Miyoshi Shibata help me find him pls and let him know His children in the philippines is looking for him

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I feel comfortable cold-calling someone's company and asking for personal details.

You could try calling the number yourself and seeing if anyone on the other side can speak English (I would think most Japanese people can understand at least simple English spoken slowly).

Failing that, have you considered sending a letter to the address? It's unmistakably his company, so I suspect anything you send would eventually find its way to him.

Thank you so much for your help! It was said that the place was not there anymore when we sent an email years ago and the email was sent back. We will try again today. God bless

Actually, checking again on Google street view, it seems indeed like the company might not exist anymore. (The building seems to have been destroyed a couple of years back; you can see by looking at the street views from previous years by clicking on the clock icon near the year/date). In that case, the address and phone number may not be reachable anymore. In that case, it may be difficult to find him.
