Hello everybody,

I'm a french guy living in Japan for 6 years.
Fond of tea, especially Japanese ones, I'm also the first French to obtain here the qualification of Japanese Tea Instructor 日本茶インストラクター.
Sorry for my bad English.

what does it mean to be a "tea instructor"? Do you mean 茶道?

Hello, thank you for your question.
No Nihoncha Instructor is not Sado sensei or something.
This more like "Japanese tea Sommelier".
It's general knowledge about all Japanese teas, such as tea farming, processing, brewing methods, history, tea industry, etc.
