Having trouble understanding this phrase

I can't figure this one out. Can someone explain please?

あなたの ともだちの くるま わ あおじゃない ですか。

Would this be:
Your friend's car isn't blue is it?

or

Isn't your friend's car blue?
 
Hiragana は is used for the particle "wa", so あなたのともだちのくるまあおじゃないですか。 is correct.

Both can be correct. The meaning differs depending on the intonation of the sentence end. The former meaning is a falling intonation, but it's more likely "Your friend's car is blue, isn't it?". The latter is a rising intonation.
