Hi, I got another piece of manga I'm not sure I understand. I have got this sentences which are a part of a conversation taken out of context. One girl is saying to the other girl (or a group of girls):
では当日はそちらからも補充員を出してもらうとことで お願いします。
And the girl is replying: 本当ありがとう。助かったよ。ほかの後輩にもう声かけておくね。
First of all, I don't really understand what 補充員 means. I was thinking that the first girl is missing some staff and she wants the second girl/group of girls to fill the position? But I doesn't exactly match the response, because why then is the second girl thanking her for the help and saying she will call out to other kouhai? Perhaps そちら here doesn't mean "you" = the second girl/group of girls? Does anyone have any idea what that is all about?

I think そちら refers to "you" or "your side (including the second girl's 後輩)".
そちらからも means that the first girl's group will provide 補充員, too.
ほかの後輩にも and their wordings show that the first girl is the second girl's 後輩, and the reason why the second girl says ほかの後輩にも声かけておくね is that 補充員 is still not enough (or the more, the better).
