Have you listened to a song while playing a video game?

Like whenever i play Metal Gear Solid 1. I sometimes put on "Hero" song by Mariah Carey.
Though the MGS1 OST is good, i guess its some weird flair of emotions i like to add to it.

Although if i were a special operative (As in military?). I would likely, realistically found it distracting, which is why i have made this MGS1 challenge, inorder to really put somone on edge
Rules:
"Always smoke" "Don't die or save" "Optional usage of Rations to heal" and "Hard Mode or Harder difficulty" to make it ultra realistic and intense

So... realistically i dont think a military guy would have time for the artistic music i like to listen to casually hehe

But what about you?

When I play Call of Duty, Dead or Alive (best Japanese game series ever), Halo, or Overwatch, it depends. The Halo OST is simply too good to listen to any music over it. Call of Duty, DoA, or Overwatch? I'll listen to Metallica or Megadeth or some other rock/metal/thrash. The one game I just can't listen to music when I play is Rainbow 6 Siege. Listening to music while playing that game drowns out the sound, and sound is essential to playing the game correctly.

I have a better challenge: Beat the Master Chief Collection on Legendary difficulty with all skulls turned on.

I like to listen to Vitas 7th Element on repeat while I play an intense game of Animal Crossing. Of course I keep the video itself visible on my second monitor in order to enhance the experience.
