Have you ever played with an Ouija board?

I have not played with one before.

Anyway, I heard stories of people getting cursed with bad luck after playing with one. Dunno if these stories are true or not.

Brings back some old memories. Yeah, we kids had one, and played with it a bit. We even did the same thing without the board. It's got to be amazing just how that thing works. . .

There could be something to the stories to some degree, who knows, but I would bet they would mostly be untrue.

Daaaaaaaaaaaamn the good ol days.. well yeah i played it but never believed in it. It's not as "BIG" as people tend to make it look like. Something good to do if u're really bored though.

I begged my parents to buy me one when I was 11, After my sister insisted If we brought one into the house the spirits would burn it down. My parents caved and I got my Quija board that Christmas. Our home is still intact so I assume most of the stories are untrue.

Nope too scared. My stepmom was haunted by a spirit she awoke. Or at least she always believed. I'm from New Orleans city of voodoo and ghosts. I don't like to mess with that type of stuff.

I tried it, but it never worked for me. I believe it does, and Wheni was..hmmm, 7 or 8 or 9 I saw a ghost at my friends house, and we both knew it was a ghost cause we both saw it, and it was a man who walked through her kitchen but, we just saw the shadow, and didnt hear anythign and it walked right by the entrence where u enter the kitchen...it was creepy...its hard to explain, but her father lived in...idk florida or soemthing at the time, and her mom was upstairs sleeping...

My friends and I made one at school and played with it in our lunchtimes. We thought we had contacted Lee Harvey Oswald. At the time I really believed it - we even got so scared we asked our RE teacher to exorcise the classroom. Looking back, I think it might have had something to do with the film JFK just coming out and all the associated documentaries that were on TV. I don't think any of us were consciously directing the pointer, but I'm sure we were doing so unconsciously. A lot of the stuff that tied into LHO was no doubt coincidence that we chose to see a significance in. I did learn the word 'clandestine' when my tutor caught us one lunchtime and did not take kindly.

It's called "Kokkuri-san" (Fox-san) or "Enjeru-san" (Angel-san) in Japanese. I just remember we got scolded by a teacher when we were playing it at school at lunch time. I don't believe that kind of stuff at all though.

I've tried it twice (3-4 years apart) and it worked both times.

Really? Kool! What happened? My friend, Kera, who got held back in 7th grade 2 times (XD), has an old Ouiji board. She said she used it, and got her friend Allison, who died of cancer in 4th grade. (She was one of my old friend's sister.) I don't know if I believe her though... Hmm, but I do believe it works and I love hearing stories about it! ^^ I love ghost stories, true or made-up.

Wow! But, is it like how they say in the movies and everything? Do you just ask the ghosts questions about anything and they will answer? I mean, you just asked, "How do you spell (GIRL'S NAME HERE)?" I mean, if you don't mind, putting some more detail into what happened.

No, we just asked where ***** was and the answer was, "At *******'s." It spelled it without us asking. I checked the spelling later and it was correct. The next day at class, I told the girl that we knew where she was and how we knew. Her eyes bugged out!

Keep in mind that this was 35 years ago. I was a senior in high school at the time.
