Hard to translate: How do you say this in English?

Sorry guys, I edited this post because I don't know what I was writing here. So please ignore this post.
If this goes on, I might really need to see a doctor....

The more I think the more I seem to get confused...

No worries FrustratedDave. I can't figure out what I was asking now neither.. It probably was something to do with present perfect + subjunctive + Something...
I guess I have a good night's sleep and think it over..

It would be better if it were to rain tomorrow (rather than today).

If it rains tomorrow, it will be a lot better (than if it rains today).

If it "will have rained".. sounds weird to me..

This is where it totally broke down for me in the Japanese of the original thread. If the hypothetical result is in the future (will or will not rain tomorrow), how can you put the verb in the condition clause one step back into the past (had rained....would have been better) ??
