Hi to all,
I'm new to this forum so would like to make a short presentation before I ask my question. I'm a male currently resident in Catania, (near Etna Volcano), Italy.
I've never been to Japan but I've had a passion for the Japanese culture and this beautiful country...

I have never been to Italy but I used to live in the North End of Boston, Massachusetts in the US where the 99% of the residents were people of Italian descent. Maybe that is why I have a passion for Italian food.
