hello how are you doing? So you seem to love Flankers right?

India has some Su-30MKI with canards, TVC engines and western avionics.
China has Su-30MKK and MKK2, and might get two Su-33UBK for evaluation this december.
But I'm still waiting to see the Su-35 Super Flanker entering service, or even the Su-37 Terminator =)

Hello can be a little comlicated as you no doubt saw on your other thread. If you mean it as something to say when you first meet someone you can say

HAJIMEMASHI`TE

Otherwise the most generic translation would be

KON`NICHI WA

Your Absoulelty Right dude. Yes iam a Big Fan of Flankers, I was gone crazy on Sukhois when i first seen a Sukhoi-30MKI manaurvers in an Airshow conducted by Indian Airforce.
The Indian Version called Sukhoi-30MKI is considered to be the most advanced fighter aircraft of Russian origin in service, except for Su-35. he MKI variant is a much more advanced fighter jet than the basic Russian and Chinese K and MK variants and is considered a 4.5 Generation Aircraft.
Whereas when it comes to Su-37 it wont enter in service in any Airforce. It was a Prototype of the PAKFA.

The Indian Airforce demanded the canards and TVC for their MKI because it doesn't want too many warplane platforms anymore. If I'm not wrong India has also many MiG-21 Fishbeds, MiG-29K and the LCA, while the MCA is still under development. The Su-30MKI is the perfect multirole plane with while the aquisation of the Chinese Su-30MKK/MKK2 was more about a fighter jet with primarly striking ability especially against naval targets. The good air-to-air capability of the Su-30 could be seen as a bonus for the PLANAF.
The Su-30MKK2 could be compared to the F-15E while the Su-30MKI even surpasses them both especially in maneouverbility.
For the air-superiority issue in China, the PLAAF has now around 70 J-10A multirole fighter which has beaten the Su-27SK in all 5 (3 of them in closecombat) combat situations during evaluation.

Although the Su-37 Terminator was only a protoype (711 which was lost after a crash), during the Zuhai airshow 2006, engines maker Lylka-Saturn (I hope I spelled it right) displayed its engines and planes which are using them. Among those jets, it was not only Su-27,30,33,35 but also 37.
So I guess the Su-35 with TVC might be designated as Su-37 in the market, while inside Russia, it will be called Su-27M2.
The PakFa is still under top secret development and there are no images of sketches or windtunnel models so far unlike the Chinese J-XX by Shenyang.
