Grand Theft Auto style game now available in Japan

SEGA"s verison of GTA, is now available in Japan. It's not brutal as GTA, you can't just kill random people on the street. However, you can go and play pacinko, use claw machines in Japan, and its in the streets of tokyo. You are a yakuze member. I couldn't remember the game, because it was in japanese, it didn't stick.

Is this, game by any chance; Ryu Ga Gotoku?

But, if it is Ryu Ga Gotoku than it can't really be called a GTA style game because it was modeled closely to Shenume. I think this game will be awesome, but I do hope there will be a Western Hemisphere release.
