Grammar question: "for someone... you are..."

How do I say following in Japanese:

For someone being introverted, you talk really much.

Or

For living in Germany for only 3 months, your German is pretty good.

It may seem rather standard, but I never encountered this type of sentence block, looking for "for" as a key word also would take ages.

the only comparable word I know is のに、but it expresses more regret rather than surprise.

I would use 割には.

I don't know where you got such information from, it's not (at least "not always") correct. のに also works well.
内向的なのに、よくしゃべるね。
3か月しかドイツに住んでいないのに、ドイツ語がお上手ですね。

other examples of のに as "not regret"
間違った情報なのに、彼はそれをいまだに信じている。
調べればわかることなのに、なぜ彼はちゃんと調べないんだろう。
