I've translated it as "I understand useless flower", but I'm not sure at all

A-ha! It's a typo.

It's supposed to be
ﾅｽU窶堙ｩ not 窶冦窶堙ｩ

There was translation to Russian. In future I won't try to translate something until I check all Russian sites
Ano... in those kanji that I've found in first chrous was 窶ｹ窶｢窶堋ｵ窶堋ｫ窶ｰﾃ倪?堙??冦窶堙ｩ, and in the second 窶ｹ窶｢窶堋ｵ窶堋ｫ窶ｰﾃ倪?堙?ｽU窶堙ｩ.
Well, and you know where I can find English (or Russian^____^) translation of "Obscure" (DeG)? I can't find it anywhere And kanji lyrics too.

Look more carefully, there's an English version.

Ano... in those kanji that I've found in first chrous was 窶ｹ窶｢窶堋ｵ窶堋ｫ窶ｰﾃ倪?堙??冦窶堙ｩ, and in the second 窶ｹ窶｢窶堋ｵ窶堋ｫ窶ｰﾃ倪?堙?ｽU窶堙ｩ.

The second makes sense, but the first doesn't to me.
