Hello,

I am attempting to find a Japanese translation of the terms "synergy" and "symmetrical", or the correct grammar to translate "working in balance with", to use in the context of working in business with someone, or a business working in balance with another business.

The kanji would also be useful, if available.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello there!!
I also have trouble finding the right translations for business-related words.. I find that Wikipedia is a good tool to use for that purpose.

For example: I typed "Synergy" in the English Wikipedia page, and then looked up the Japanese page about the same topic. Accordingly, I found the word:
相乗効果 - Soujyoukouka

Good luck!!👍

How about 共同,協同、共働 either read as kyoudou.
or 共同作用、共働作用. (kyoudou sayou)
symmetrical:
対称的(な)、相称的(な)。
taishouteki(na), soushouteki(na).
"working in balance with"
what kind of work here?
~とバランスの取れた(良い)仕事(動作)をする。
