This is honestly what it feels like to give my opinion on anything here. (no disrespect, hate, etc. intended, I just made this and thought it was funny.)

Being from the dinosaur generation , I know my beliefs and opinions are considered right wing conservative. I like your posts to see how younger people are thinking. I censor myself a great deal here on JREF so my posts don't get me burned at the stake. You are about the only very young member here on JREF and I hope you don't get driven away. I will ad that we have some super intelligent members here with great advice , so take advantage of what they have to say and you will be better off for it.

That's a little bit of a cop out. My dad would have been 100 years this year and my Mom's 93 and still kicking. They have never sided with billionaires against the working man. And despite growing up and around a racist society I never heard them denigrate people with dark skin colors. And they certainly wouldn't value guns more than people or try to force their religion on anybody else. People that do those things are what right wing conservative means to me. I suspect your definition may be different.

My next door neighbors who protest Trump and ICE , the Iran conflict and a dozen other conservative things they hate , let me know who I am , LOL. I guess there are several "phobic" terms they claim I suffer from. I confess to using Facebook as a podcast for conservative views to please the 4 or 5 members there who follow me even though I don't always agree with the posts. For some reason the 300 or so "friends" I had in 2007 when I got on Facebook have faded away , LOL. I'm hoping St. Peter is not a strong liberal or I'm in for a hot eternity.

Politics are a very touchy subject that set off strong emotions & feelings in most people. No matter what you believe or take as the truth , someone will disagree and the fireworks go off. Better to stick to Japanese politics posted by people who live in Japan or have close ties to it I think. Proven facts from reliable sources probably should win out over personal opinions in some cases. And here I am giving my humble opinion , LOL.
