I've been gone from the JREF forums for . . . oh . . . a looong while. I was just wondering how activity and participation are on the forums these days. Is there a better time over others to catch a lot of posting and comments?

I would totally love lots of discussions on a variety of topics, and I hope to keep an eye on active threads. Sadly, I may not be able to always comments as there is a LOT of things I simply don't know about, even having lived in Japan. This, I suppose, is one of the reasons I would love to log in and catch dynamic "conversations" when they are most likely to happen so I can read, learn, and immerse!

The activity of the forums varies greatly and depends on the types of threads that are posted and the participation of the posters and their ability to articulate themselves. Also, since poeople from all over the world participate on JRef I don't believe there is a set time when it is most active. And, with summer coming along, the participation usually dwindles during that time as there are many who would rather be enjoying the warm weather. Still good threads invite alot of participation regardless of the weather.

Just keep checking back often and post on threads that interest you.
