I am new to this forum so please bear with me. I hope we could share some general ideas about the following
-application to MEXT
-Qualification
-expectation
-experience
MEXT application for 2014 is already closed here in the Philippines. so i essentially have to wait until next year for 2015 batch of application. i want to prepare as early as now. I wished to apply to postgraduate MEXT. i am currently enrolled to a master's degree here that is expected to be finished before i fly to japan in case i successfully get admitted to a scholarship program. being said that, does anyone knows if we can have double master's degree? - i dont think i am qualified to take PHD so i would like to get into a research program. do you think i have a chance of getting an embassy recommendation?
