First timer

Hi everyone,I&m 30 and from NZ and new here.I live in Saitama right now and enjoy life here. And yes yes I&m an English teacher. I work for a respectable company and have never worked at a place such as Nova *yada*.
Anyway I hope to chat with many people and pick uo some tips about where to go and things to do in Tokyo or Japan. Not in Tokyo, don&t worry.
I hope to dedicate this thread to the best and cheapest places to buy things and to stay in Kanto and Japan. Let me know your tips!
