I just recently discovered J-League soccer, and I must admit, it is kind of embarassing how I did so. You see, I bought this Japanese video game called "Winning Eleven 8: Asia Championship" and it introduced me to the world of J-League soccer.
Oh My Goodness - I am very fascinated by learning about the Japanese soccer league. One of the first things I did was pick a favorite team, which turned out to be Jubilo Iwata.
Jubilo Iwata has often been a strong team in the past, though I guess they have struggled sometimes this year and last. But, why I picked them is that they have been fairly strong before, they had a striker named Gral (I just like that name, and he really is kind of a nice seeming person), and I (ahem) liked their uniforms.
Well, so now I need to learn more about both the league and about Jubilo Iwata. But, I was curious if anyone else had any favorite J-League teams and why those teams were your favorites.
