Exchanging money in Tokyo

I stay at Nishi-Shinjuku now and I would like to exchange some euros for yen. Where do I get the best rates ? And I'm looking for a place where I can still exchange money today (banks are already closed here I guess; 3:15 pm tokyo time right now).

If you absolutely must have money exchanged today, I think your best bet is to go to a large hotel. They sometimes do currency exchanges, especially if that hotel has a lot of foreign clients. They won't give you as good a rate as you'll find at a bank, however.
