From way over yonder ways, cross that big mud puddle called the Pacific I extend a big 'Welcome to Jref' !! Smack dab in the middle of Japan I am--the Japan Alps to be exact--but I came from (basically in my more adulthood days) the shifting sands of Arizona. . .where I left my heart..oh sorry, my mistake, that was supposed to have been San Francisco...anyway....
It's a big place here, and I know you will make friends and have a great time sharing and learning with all of us about all the many things that we can find to talk about, discuss, or argue over. Post when you can, and do stay in touch !! How's your Japanese? If you're interested in learning some of that, there's an area for that too. Catch you later !! mata ne !!

Welcome to JREF and all the nuts therein. Don't be afraid to ask questions, odds are that at least one person can anwser the wuestion, and if thast's not working, everybody knows 3 people who knows three people so *eventualy* we'll firgure it out... If not...we'll suggest Google
And as Philip said it (kinda) If you have some spare time and see some people (a person) in the chat room, stop in and say 'hi' We've had a blast in there in the past...
