hmm... it was at rock city right?
cos... the 'upstairs' one is... really big... or at least it was the bigest indoor venue i've been to... i saw AFI there...
but it wouldn't make any sence to have EES playing in the downstairs one cos that's TINEY and the stage is REALLY small... like 'the shed' small... you ever been to the shed? ^^;

but yeah, i will defo try and see them some point... so they rock XD
 
Ah, it must have been the downstairs one then, cos it was pretty small. But that was cool, because we could get so much more energy and dynamic in the small space. :p

Actually they didn't come out as bad as I thought they might, considering I took them on my 'phone.

it's such a titchy stage... but it's a great place... i saw the Birthday Massacre and Screaming Bancci Aircrew there (or however you spell it... >.<)
i wasn't very close to the front though, and there awere these really tall people there >.<

the played in holland as well a few times... the even produced
one of there albums here. too bad i found about this to late....

I was going to go, my ticket even arrived 2 weeks ago, But blame British Airline companies and their high tax and expensive flights which don't make sense. T_T
 
Looks like a good gig, pity they didnt come to Belfast. They played here 1 1/2 years ago in the Front Page which has a similarly small stage and no barrier, EES still were able to continue playing despite a massive stage invasion for their last song. Best gig i've ever been to.
 
I bought the Go Europe album off ebay recently and it arrived yesterday. Just saw it and thought, "What the hell" Not bad for 8 quid. I like ebay.

&pound;8 is most DEFINATLY not a bad price... for any CD... seeing as they're nearly always &pound;12 at least here.... :eek:
(it's even worse when i know they cost only like... &pound;3 to make at the very most... and i know copy wrigth and all that blah... but still... how much profit do you need?) *sigh*

I was just browsing ebay when I saw it. There has been a few albums I have bought by doing this. There must be some law though, because if you are specifically after something off ebay it is either way expensive or not there.:eek:

I'd say Go Europe is probably their best album so far but they have a new album out early next year as well as a live dvd called 'Sex drugs and e-mail' out around the same time

Argh... Im still uppsett I missed theire show in Stavanger! they were playing support for a norwegian band called Amulet. Would soo love to see Electric Eel Shock, eventhough I havent heard anything of them^^;; I just love to support the Japansese bands that comes to visit^^!
 
^ yeah, I went in Nottingham altho I didn't know their music (only a very few songs) and I was really glad I went, cos it was a great show. 👍
 
Hopefully I will get to see them at Wacken Open Air in Germany if I get tickets to the festival^^;;
