ECC Application Question

I was on the ECC application page, and they mention an interview, but there are no offices near me.Is the only way to apply because I don't want to fly to Toronto.Is the interview required?Any feedback is appreciated.Thanks in advance.

I've been looking at ECC as well, and it looks like the only option is to fly to Toronto -- I'm pretty sure the interview will be required, but I don't know. I'd also be interested if anyone can say differently.

ECC is one of the big four eikaiwa in Japan. They get thousands of applicants. How else are they going to screen you if not an interview? Go. If you can't make it to Toronto, it just shows (to them) that you don't have the commitment to try for the job.
