yeah... damn their manager! <.<; j/k.... hmm... i've heard rumors that Kaoru is trying to take over management for them. i can see where it would make some things easier, but at the same time, it could pose more problems, particularly with the touring aspect. ☝ has anyone heard anything on that? i've also heard that he's taken on production for their albums, but that happened in 04 while they were recording the Vulgar album. if both are true, he may be taking on a little much for one time... especially when they are taken on so quickly. ; and... i'm rambling... end this here... but, seriously, has anyone heard anything on either of those?
 
I heard that they producted some of their albums in the past, but I've never heard anything about kaoru trying to take over management for them. That'd be a whole lot of work for Kaoru to do alone.

yeah, but, like i said, those are just rumors that i've heard/read.... i don't know if there is any weight behind them. ok, so... Kaoru is hopefully not taking on management. i think the last thing any of them need is the amount of stress that comes from so much.

So its rumored that sometime in Winter that Dir en grey will be doing a J-Rock tour with them as the headliners. Who would you want to see with them? Even if its a rumor just for fun.

The Winter J-rock tour thing was discussed in that billboard interview a while ago, so it's not really completely a rumor.

Anywho, I'd like to see them with MUCC (obviously), or probably some indies band like Sadie or maybe RENTRER EN SOI. Ooo, Suicide Ali would be nice too

^All this talk of a JRock tour has got me excited. Hahaha I wouldn't mind who played because i'm sure it would be aswesome no matter what.

Diru's supposed tracklist on their new album sounds really good too. Can't wait to hear it.
 
; that's one i've never heard... um... i wouldn't mind seeing Gazette, Vidoll, or... and this is going to seem really REALLY wierd, considering.... but, i wouldn't mind seeing them paired up with Phantasmagoria... not that it would ever ACTUALLY happen, but it would be interesting.... <.<; i think so anyway.

as for them going to a stripclub... of course they would. they're men! if there's a chance for them to see some tits, they are going to be all for it! ...and, how do you get 'both' when you list 3 names? just wondering.... <.<;;

For how long have you played guitar?
Yes, I play bass. I can play drums and a bit of guitar as well but I'll try to focus on bass furthermore. Though I feel the need to be good at other instruments, especially guitar, because I write my own songs and only power chords isn't enough for my part, I prefer it in the more complicated way.
The songs I've so far decided to learn on bass are Bottom of the death valley, Kasumi and Rasetsukoku. None of them are easy in my opinion... And that's the way it should be! xD I even got a blister on my finger from trying to play the verse in Rasetsukoku and the intro in Bottom of the death valley is very tricky because of my small hands and short fingers. =____= Oh well...

By the way, I bumped into this pic earlier today xD you've probably seen it before I suppose. ^^

 
gah! it would be so awesome if dir en grey toured again, and on top of that headlining aaaagggh! but....we still dunno...

either way if they make it official, i just hope they give us some time to recoop. i dunno about y'all but i have to travel a lot to see these shows and i'm still broke....well since diru came to california in march..really.....


man! for like 2 seconds i soo wished i was one of those strippers showing diru a good time! but then i thought better of it....hahahahahaha
 
If this tour happens it'll be good for them to get more and new fans overseas, but it'll be bad for everyones wallet especally if they don't play anywhere near where you live then you're spending more money to fly and stay in a hotel to see them XD.

by the way.....im curious....those who have gone to see deg during the vegas|fvt shows...how early have people lined up for these concerts?

boobiebutt: (*giggles*) ummm i to got to the pavilion by 11, since the doors opened at 12. dunno how it is where you're going. my friend insisted that we didn't need to be there that early, since there wasn't that many people waiting in line, but like ten minutes later, i couldn't see where it ended. then again this was like her second concert, so what did she know?
as soon as i got in i went straight to buy a cd to get my wristband, and then i found my spot in the pit.

yeah, i pretty much didn't move the whole time, fortunately there was a gap on the left side, the other side was already full with people not budging until they saw deftones. my aim was to be on the left cause of kaoru and toshiya, lol.
 
Not banned from the tour, but they got banned from The Joint a venue in Las Vegas. And because its owned by Hard Rock they might have trouble playing at any other Hard Rock owned venues.

is it up to the venue to ban|allow cameras?

cause as far as i can see small point and shoots r allowed....but that (ill assume fan) in that die picture has a huge camera....

It's all up to the venue and if they allow camera's in or not. So you have to check with the venues camera policies.
 
Poor Toshiya... why do his eyes look so puffy? It's like he's either got allergies or he had been crying.

Or he got into a fight.
