Well, my fave :

1. Drain Away [I love the PV ]
2. 304 Goushitsu, Hakushi no Sakura [so touching ]
3. Undecided [One of Die's best song ]
4. Karasu [I like Kaoru guitar's part in this song ]
5. Obscure [I like Totchi in the PV ]

Finally.. I found The Final.. And nowadays I always listening it.. I really like that song..
 
I just downloaded my first ever dir en grey. I'm listening to "mask" again and again, it's got somekind of a hook that I lllove. Mixing ska and dnb, great.
I also had some other songs, but at least the slow ones I didn't like..but these with some "attitude" in them..
..and I did saw some of their pics..great characters, something different..nnice
 
@angelic- Have you sent then tons of fanmail yet?

Die-chan did not wear a mask in either of those ..[o so KOOL] PV's!
Kaoru wore the spike mask with the spike bra in Raison PV! and pink hair yes!
*ahem* ne way. the second PV IS Cage im shur of it..HAI!
and in the Raison PV there is only ONE girl...it is just in 2 diff scenes..one where she is naked. and one where she has on the odd outfit

ok but ya.i like the Raison PV ALOT! its great! Kyo-sama is so sexy in it. teehee

Yep, She drives me crazy when I go to her house with Dir En Grey...

She knows what she is saying, she is American and memorized almost every song.

But Kao-Chan is the Sexy one Vicky-San. I don't know why you are that Kyo-Sama is the sexy one.
 
I like Dir En Grey! But I am still learning Angelic needs to burn me some of her CDs...

And I have many, many,pictures of Kaoru! and the Others... Kao-Chan is my fave though

i have no idea about 1st press stuff-i would like to get my hands on all of them too tho Star!!! because i have seen alot of different versions [like diff covers] of many albums..i mostly see them on Jpophelp.com i beleive thats what its called.i forget. maybe Jhelp.com or Japanhelp.com.try those...im shur you have been there tho. any way - Star - i have been looking for the Missa album for a LONG time now.where did you get it? and 1st press!!? where do you get the first press stuff???..i would like to get them.because i am a very "hard-core" Diru fan as well,just dont know where to get the good stuff!?!?!?!?!?!? i feel so un-fan-ish !!
 
If he'll let you open it, the lyrics booklet has English lyrics and there's Japanese ones under the plate that the disc goes on, I forget what it's called. Those are definite signs that it's a first press =)
First press also has a solid silver covering instead of grey, so the one you are looking at is probably indeed a first pressing.

I wish I can have one of those stuff.. In Indonesia it's really hard to find Diru's stuff.. Even a CD.. I Only have 1 CD. It's Kasumi single.. :haihai: Wish I can have the album..

Deg's released scores for all of their albums. About $40 each, you can probably get them at YesAsia or Amazon Japan.

Yay!! I love them!! My favorites are Kyo and Die... but I love them all! They are a very special kind of group, and their messages through their songs are important...
My favorite songs must be, Hotarubi, ain't afraid to die, Mushi, Yokan, Zan, Red...[em], I'LL, Undecided... I love all the songs, it's so hard to decide....
Dir en grey f*ing owns! I do not listen to other bands besides DEG.
But it's such a pity that only Japanese pp can be a member of [a Knot]... buhuu!!! I want 2!!!

but my favorite band member is totally:

KYO!! (like u ppl weren't expecting that) XD

i lubb akuro no oka, yurameki, child prey, schwein no isu, raison d'ﾃｪtre, 304 goushitsu-..(etc.), mitsu to tsuba / tsumi to batsu, mask, pink killer, filth, -zan-, [kr]cube, mr. newsman, umbrella, embryo, and of course, the final XD

...yeah... that's alot...
 
My favorites would have to be:

Riyuu, mitsu to tsuba, drain away, audrey, saku (really like the PV to that one), berry, marmalade chainsaw, pink killer, the final, ain't afraid to die, akuro no oka, umbrella, keibi, and sangeki no yoru.

Definitely kyo is my favorite member. Even being a guy, I'd do him for free, no charge.
 
Dont really have a favorite song. For the most part, they are all adequate at best.

As for members, I personally admire Kaoru, as he is the only member actually driven business-wise in the band. He isnt just loafing around.
