I really wish I could've been there.... but I guess I should be satisfied, I saw them in berlin, they where greater than last year, did a bit more out of thigs , more show...
 
I apologize in advance but I really gotta say this: I GOT TICKETS TO SEE THEM ON THE FAMILY VALUES TOUR!!! I cannot BELIEVE I'm going to see DIR EN GREY, I'm in shock. I'm gonna see Kyo...actually see Kyo. Not on my computer screen. Not on my TV screen either. But really...truly...see him with my own eyes! I'll be in the same space as Dir en grey...I know I must sound really stupid right now but seriously they're a very special band to me and...I can't believe I'm going to see them. I'll probably faint or something when Kyo comes on stage, I know I'll AT LEAST cry.

Okay. I'm done.

P.S. Really love Kyo's piercing in his forhead. PRAYING IT DOESN'T GET INFECTED!!!

aaaah... seeing the pictures above all I can see is how much they've grow up (diru)... it seem it was just yesterday they were wearing skirtss ...god, i feel old today (and my english is worst each passing day)....
 
I know. That reverse bridge rox!! I hope Kyo takes care of that piercing..I think it's funny we have something in common. Me and Kyo have no luck w/ eyebrow piercings lmao
 
dont bash me for saying this but.....i dont like kyos new pericing.....the other eye brows were fine....but like the middle just loosk weird to me....maybe i just gotta get used to it...

and hyde thats how i felt when i saw them the first time.......im scared to cry again........ T_T im sure kyo wants to bash me in the face for being such a pussy lol

i think im just gonna go to 2 deg concerts now :'( its such a money ******....
 
I like bridge piercings but only horizonally and not vertically. They are pains to take care of and can get infected easily. I've never had one but one of my friends did.

Well, I personally think that piercing is freaking awesome. If it gets infected I will cry. Hey, speaking of Kyo's piercing, anyone know if he still has the ones in his chin or if he let 'em grow over? I know the ones in his cheek are gone ( ) but I wasn't completely sure about his chin. I've been watching close ups and looking at recent pics to try and see but I figured I'd get second opinions on it.
 
I think the ones in his "chin" are gone, but at least one lip one remains ... but that's just what I think from looking at pictures. I love piercings, so I think the vertical bridge is awesome only b/c of the fact that it's not seen as often. I, personally, wouldn't do a bridge, but if you're going to rock one, you may as well make it unique. This is bad ... speaking of piercings always makes me want to get new ones (my apartment is in between 2 piercing/tattoo shops), but I need to save money for Jrock crap...

I wish Kyo still had all his odd piercings...they were freaking hot. But that's okay just as long as he takes care of his bridge piercing and doesn't let his lip or multipul ear piercings grow over. Hyde let his ears grow over!!! KYO'S NOT ALLOWED TO LET HIS GROW OVER!!! :box: ...Yes, I have a piercing fetish. I can't help it.
 
Yea I definitely liked Kyo's old piercings. The new one takes some time to get used to but it looks good.

i went with friends^^hm...much rowdies i guess 7 or so i don't know really because i haven't looked after the rowdies XD

They're playing first?? Sweet! Well, actually that could be good or bad...openers either get great response 'cause the crowd's fresh and energetic or SHITE response 'cause, right or wrong, no one cares about the opener and just wants to get to the other bands. But at least I don't have to sit through a ton of bands I don't care about before getting to Diru. Well, I take that back, I do care about Korn and Flyleaf but that's about it other then Diru of course.
 
Yea Dir en grey are the openers. And yea, they are either going to get a good response or crap response. You have few Korn fans who are being open minded and checking them out (and liking them) then you have the others who are all like Der en gray (yes I have seen it spelled that way) sucks, without having even given them a try (those are the ones that just irk me) Or those who tried them don't like them and can give a reason (besides they look gay, or I can't understand what he is saying (no sh!t sherlock its in Japanese).

And I don't know about everybody's else Venues but the Nissan Pavillion has a capacity (including the lawn) of 25,000. And out of that 25,000 probaly only 500 people will be there for Deg. While another 3000 people are going to have a small bit of knowledge about them. While the other 21,500 people aren't going to know who the hell they are, except that their name is on the bill. (thats if the venue is sold to capacity which I doubt). 25000 people is alot of people to have to try and impress. Their success on this tour (or lack of) can make or break their U.S debut.

Also does anyone know the FVT rules on camera's. My venue allows them as long as it is not a proffesional camera, or a camcorder, but only as long as the band doesn't mind. Now we all know Dir en grey's and FWA's dislike of it, but how does Korn feel about Cameras.

From what i've found out about Molson Amphitheatre they don't allow cameras in, but if I can I will try to take lots of pictures ^_^. I will be in the pit so it might be hard to
 
Oh trust me with all the old VK pics and man on man pics the fangirls have posted of DEG has already been ruined. I don't know what is the obsession I mean the majority of the little fangirls were not even born doring their VK days. How can you call yourself a fan knowing that they hate the fact that you cosplay and latch on to their past.
 
I know alot of Dir en grey fans going to the Toronto show, that'll be fun alot of Diru fans in the pit XD
 
I know what you're saying Placebo. All they want is respect and to move on to what they are doing now..It's not just I find Kyo awesome, it's his poetry and showing his heartache to everyone that makes me admire him the most. The whole band is awesome too. Die and Kaoru are awesome guitarists, Toshiya is a great bassist, and Shinya is one hell of a Drummer.
