Oh! And in a livejournal community someone said that the lady from this site http://www.iamericamag.com will be posting the interview that she did with Diru before the NYC show some time tomorrow... I'm kind of excited to read it...
 
because it really depends on my work schedule. I seriously doubt I will be able to go to everysingle one of them. I mean I am already taking a week of to go see Dir en grey in Japan, To go an then ask for another week off isn't good. I mean I probally could take two consecutive weeks in a row off, I know that my coworker who is egyptian is going to her best friends weeding in Egypt is going to take three weeks off, but after that she has absolutely no Vacation time off. And then her sales are up way way way higher than mine (I am a telemarketer) only the "power seller's" can really get time off like that. Unless I magically increase my sales by 150% then no go, my boss would probaly look at the barely hitting her goal Nana and tell me go back to my desk if I ask for 2-3 weeks off.

Some of that artical was funny, some of it pissed me off.

Well......not everyone's going to love Dir en grey, I guess. Although, I've never understood why people who hate a certain artist/group go to such lengths for them. I mean, you're doing what the artist wants you to do by paying them attention. XD

I think some people just have to open their minds more. Otherwise they come off as uneducated, unworldly and just plain prejudiced.

The only thing I am really worried is if they get booed. I really really worry, especially since the Korn, Deaftones, Stone Sour, Flyleaf fans are going to outnumber the Dir en grey fans. And I really want to like protect them from the harshness of idiot drunk americans, who might not be so opened minded.

The other side of me says Dir en grey are big boys, they know what they are getting themselves into, and if they can pull this off it will be great for their U.S career. And also even though I worry so much about the crowd response I still say that its okay, they will be ok cause your going to have alot of people who like to mosh and stuff, and Dir en grey is great to mosh to.

But then its like okay will Dir en grey get offended if no one is paying attention to the music and everyone is moshing. I mean we know that Kyo hates stuff like that. I saw in a interview, that he said he didn't like the cosplayers who stand in the back of the concert and dont want to participate because they were concerned with their looks.

But then most U.S musicians like it when crowds mosh and take it as an insult that they don't like the music when crowds mosh.

Oh well I am contradicting myself and am worrying to much as is my habit. Dir en grey will do find.
 
They're not going to get booed, that definitely won't happen. Also, there will be a sh*tload of Diru fans there at each concert singing along and in general making themselves known. They'll put on a great show, they're professional musicians, not babies, lol. They'll be fine ...

I can't wait ^^
 
I think people will not pay attention only the DEG fans. Rest of the people will just go somewhere else and come back when a band they like comes up.
 
Oh, the lady at iamericamag finally posted her interview with Diru on her site... in case anyone was interested. Haha.
 
Thanks for the interview grenade! I've been waiting for that for a long time (it's kind of jumbled and all over the place though, no?). It's nice hearing them speak though, especially b/c I actually understand some of the japanese now, lol!

Yeah, I was waiting for the interview for a while too, but I'm glad she finally put it up. I thought they handeled it well, and I liked hearing their voices.

The question about hot dogs was weird though XDD

You're lucky you could understand some of it. I speak no Japanese at all... Actually, I had problems even understanding some of the English

But I'm happy they want to continue touring here
 
Yeah, I understand until someone starts to slur or they get lower in their tone of voice..If one of those occures, or they talk way too fast to catch it all...then, I have to wait for the translation.
 
haha, i do that, too.
i really love the PV for dead tree. but OBSCURE and Kodou are also on my top three.
i don't understand, though. were there three versions of OBSCURE?? :? because i have one that i thought was un-cut, and it's not as bad as the one on Average Psycho, but it's still pretty intense. does anybody know??

Just got an e-mail from cdjapan telling me that they shipped my limited edition Tour05 It Withers and Withers DVD today!!!

Mine was shipped as well .And that IAmerica interview was hillarious the "the do you wear tight pants?" question had me laughing so hard. And I could understand a bit of the Japanese, made me proud of myself. Although a lot of questions were just dumb "Do you have groupies in Japan?" what kind of question is that? So dumb.
 
omg, i am so happy Kyo-kun actually spoke in this interview! he is so great!
