The sad thing is with tickets I can get hotel and flight to japan for $1100 at the most, I get a family discount because my dad works for the airlines, now my only thing would be finding a carrier that isn't AA (american airlines) that's the only down fall for me I can't fly on the carrier my dad works for, unless it's impossible to find a different carrier.

I love how their travel agents give you the most "discounted" flights
 
If I actually took enough leave from work... I could fly to Japan for under $20 or so.. Being in the air force has some advantages...

Ah, so Dir en grey is finally releasing their album in America. They pushed it back, what, three times? XD

Well, at least all the Hot-Topic-phobic people know they can buy Dir en grey at Wal Mart. Although, maybe they think Wal Mart is not much better?
 
Who cares where they sell it, as long as you can buy it!
I'm trying to think of a shop where they could sell Dir en grey CDs here, where I would not want to go, and I can't think of a place... ☝... Well, the fish market smells really bad, but I'd even go there to buy Dir en grey CDs
 
I might go to all the ones in Texas. Oh man, if I get that SSI I will go for having been to no concerts to like 5 in no time at all. rofl People: Aren't you tired of seeing them yet? me: NEVER! (o_ _)o My legs barely work anymore though...BUT NEVER! (the leg thing is a pun for having to walk to the htel and everything)

ok, i am super duper oober confused ... something about a concert .. i thought deg came to the states a while ago? didn't they? or have i gone totally insane again?
r they coming back?! that would be awsome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think someone mentioned something about them maybe coming to toronto, and if that happened, i swear i would be falling off my chair and in a coma in 1/2 a second from the exitement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. but seriously, if they r coming back to the states, when would it be??

Wow tons of posts o.o! I think that the FV tour if Dir en grey is there will be my very last dir en grey concert. I've gone to 3 concerts a year since 1997 so i've gone to 25 of their concerts and seen them evolve alot. I have things i really need to be focused on now.
 
by the way...my car can fit 4-5 people...maybe 6.....but its gonna be tight in the back.........so um.......the car is currently full to my knowledge......i dont wanna invite more people and reject them later on......

and as of cost.....if its said to be 10 dollars a ticket thats 10 dollars X 10 concerts=100 and the cost of food+drinks and gas prices r reasonablly split up into equal shares......

oh and 1 more thing.....to those who commit to this...understand.....10 concerts even if its 1 after another....thats 10 days in a row.....ur gonna not be home|work|school|class for at LEAST 2 weeks...if its evey other day expect to miss 20 days....so i hope u guys prepair for this.......

and i know im getting ahead of myself....but im so excited........i hope they comeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee T_T

How were you going to Dir en grey concerts when you were ten years old? lol Where does someone so young get the money to travel for that sort of thing? And since you've never been to Japan, then what countries did you see them in? Something doesn't quite add up there...

I've been to Japan many times, I've never said I haven't been to Japan. I have an aunt and 2 cousins who live over there.

It's called being home schooled to be able to go away. I didn't always go to public schools, my whole life Also just because i've still been online doesn't mean anything, you know it's called getting online when your over in Japan.

This topic isn't about my life or me. Anyways, I can't afford to go further then Tennessee, but then i'm not even sure if i'm going to go to any of the other concerts besides the Toronto one.

@ mikichan those dates and locations aren't offical until the FV Tour lineup is official so locations can change.
 
Well yea thats the citys but no dates have been given. But I don't think Dir en grey will be on the first few days of the tour, because of the 2 days in Japan. And I don't think its in that order, just the In alphabetical order.

What do you think is not necessarily Dir en grey's worse song, but the weakest song. And when I mean weak, its a song that when you hear it, it leaves you with nothing. You feel nothing, Its not a bad song, its not a good song, its just exists.
Why do you feel that way about the song?
For me its Taiyou no Aoi. Its not a bad song its actually has very nice music and the vocals and lyrics are really good, yet its a song that I skip when I come across it as it just bores me.

I don't think they'd change the Toronto one because there's many places they can hold the concert at, but they can change the locations of the US ones if things with locations don't work out.

I think Diru's weakest song is dead tree, I don't ever hear it when I play Withering to Death, but I hear all of their other songs.

its not really "in ur dreams"....im seriously just gonna go for it....and try my best to survive in japan.....honestly id rather have a buddy to do it with rather then to be alone and plus u r sorta in the same area as me....so seriously im not even kidding about this 1 bit....if u wanna partner with me and shoot for ur dreams...ur more then welcome to come+partner with me....i think it would be better to apply for a low entry level job with a company first before thinking of starting ur own magazine for the fact that #1 u will learn how the company is run to start ur own magazine and it will look good on ur name and resume that u actually worked for a real magazine and gives u recognition for the magazine u start.....
i think the song that is weak for me is um....Rasetsukoku....i dont know y.....kyo screams a lot and the music is good.....i just doesnt work for me for some unknown reason T_T i always skip that song

Wow why does it seem everyone and their mother is going to Japan? Heh im going too! My plan is study abroad their for year mix and mingle perhaps take up an internship to get my foot in the door all while financial aid is paying for everything.

I have a question if DEG realdolls were available would you guys buy one? Or perhaps the whole band? I thought about it but then it seemed kinda creepy.

Did you go to the NY concert? If so I wonder is you saw me? I had my hair in an afro and was wearing a black and white striped tube top, a black mini skirt with black stockings and platforms.

DEG photo question: From what I hear, they don't even like you saying what the concert is like. They like for you to have your own experience and keep it to yourself, so I don't know. :?
