Dude, everyone needs to just take a deep breath and chill. It isn't free will's fault at all. Don't get all angry at them for something like this happening. If anything you should be thankful and appreciate that they are even bringing Diru here in the first place. The problem is with the venue, free will is doing everything they can to get the presale tickets straightened out. It does suck that the FWA site is down, but as soon as they find out any info they will let us know. I am sure everything will work out just fine. If it comes down to it, they can just find another venue for diru to play at in LA.
As for the NYC show, I think it is great they sold out!!! That is such a good thing. Of course it sucks for the people who couldn't get tickets, but I suppose if you were a huge diru fan you would have woke up in the morning and gotten tickets as soon as they went on sale. When a band sells out it usually means they will come back to do another show. These few shows are a test for diru to see how well they do here, see how many tickets they sell, see how they do on merch, and everything. If it works out well, then they will do a tour on a larger scale rather than just a couple shows.
Writing letters and complaining acting all rude to FWA isn't going to help. If anything it will make the situation worse, here they are doing everything they can to bring diru here and you want to treat them like that just because you have to wait another day or two for tickets to go on sale? I really don't understand what all this is about. Be excited that diru is coming here, whether you get to see them or not, it is going to be a great experience for the band, and will help things out for them coming here in the future.
