Ah thankyou very much Yokan I agree I don't think they have really gone in a new direction either..they covered a lot of different styles even from the beginning anyway ^__^;;
I'm happy they are hopefully coming to the US too! But they will never come to Australia..sigh..it's so dead here

woah, Shinya is...thin O_O Like Miyavi, How can a fully grown man obtain arms and in general a body that thin and non-muscley lol. I know a drummer in my music class like that though, but he isn't as bad as that, and another point, Chris is 16 and Shinya is what> 26?

Yeah he is pretty skinny... more so than Miyavi, who is a kind of... boyish skinny, whereas Shinya is bony.

From what I hear, Shinya looks after his health, though. I guess he has to - he can't afford to get sick - if he lost any more weight he wouldn't be here! ☝

28 eh? I guess there's hope for me yet...

that seriously cracked me up even though he's 42 kgand super picky bout his food, at least he still tried to take care of his health. he has muscles too. of course that's because he plays the drums. hm.. i think i posted an icon of shinya's 'strong' pose in the vidoll thread sometime ago

42 kg?!? You're f**king kidding... Oh man............ I'm only 160cm, and I was 42kg a few years ago, and I looked terrible. He's obviously not sick or he couldn't play the drums like he does, but boy, does he need a few more kilo....

Dir en grey will release a new DVD, on May 3rd, of TOUR 05 IT WITHERS AND WITHERS.

There has been a DVD available for "a knot" members only to order for a while (and I don't know but they could have a different version..), but the one listed on their Release page above is for 'the general public'

Don't know if it is common knowledge yet but Dir en Grey will be in Texas in March for South by Soutwest music conference. I will be working with them. Just thought you might like to know. It is not on their website but it is on the SXSW website.

It is a pricey event (since it is the largest music festival/conference in the world) but if you love DEG like so many people I have met then maybe it is doable.
Anyway I hope to see many fans of DEG there. We need to show support as they are now ready to take US by storm!

anyways... i wouldnt really think miyavi and shinya??? thats weird.. miyavi never came off to me as being like... thin... caz he was always bulgin out his abs... which i must say.. are FREAKISHLY SEXXY =) haha but miyavi... nah -_- shinya has his own level of thinness...

I ordered 2 copies of the [a knot] version so when and if my aunt decides to send it to me i'll let you know because i'm also getting the version that's going to be for the general public... Alot of people though that IT WITHERS AND WITHERS was only going to be available for [a knot] members only.

my cousin lives in Japan. Maybe I should ask him if I could borrow his address so I can join a knot @ Rikyo exactly how do you join once you have a Japanese adresss. The only thing is that he is coming back to the state in the summer...

hey i was too and im abt 162..and im glad to be 45kg now although i'm still thin like hell.

i'm going to get that dvd no matter what..what is the difference/bonus for the a knot version?

um using the conversion thingy it says 42 kilos = 92 pounds is that true??? Average weight for someone who is 5'7 is 147 pounds but then again thats here in America.

The difference between the [a knot] and the regular dvd's is that the [a knot] ones have more features on it then the regular ones... for instance the whole berlin thing their thinking alot of that footage is only going to be available on the [a knot] one.

Also i've been a member of [a knot] for 9 years now
