Yey! i heard that too - it was on wikipedia or summat, lol
It said that they were working on a new album at the start of 2008, so yeah should be one out at some point, but probly not for a lil while yet.. and if they're working on it now we might not hear much else from them either for a bit....

Yay! New album! That's what I love about Japanese artist like American artists take too long to come out with new albums Japanese have new ones quicker!

I know, me too!! has anyone seen/heard anything of Weal or woe yet? I think I read that it wasn't even going out to aknot members until the end of the month, but that was in some random comments so it might not be right... and if it is I don't see anyone being in too much of a hurry to rip it for us. Damn aknot being Japan only...
 
I want American aknot! Maybe everyone should ask them if they would open aknot for other countries, you know, have an international version of it. If we all ask then maybe they will realize just how many fans they have that want to be a part of it.
 
Yeah, I've seen places where some people were doing that, but..then you need to be able to FIND an aknot member and talk them into buying a second one.. and in to giving it to you when they do!
No fair - we don't get any and they can have 2 copies! =P but seriously, alls thats doing is letting aknot member make a profit out of diru by selling their second copy for mad amounts on ebay... If they'd sell it to us themselves they could have that money instead!
 
I totally agree. What I don't get is why they haven't made aknot available to their overseas fans. You think they would have done that by now with how famous they are all around the world. :? Maybe they are in the process of making that happen and just haven't said anything.

Ahhh, that sounds unbelievably amazing! god I wish I could go to that..

But, but.. what is up with all the Diru bashing in the comments people left in that link? Jeez.. I hate the way some people seem to think that they've sold out or something because they decided to change style, bands do it all the time. And as much as I loved the older stuff and how they were in their VK days changing as probably one of the best moves they ever made, it was right for them.

That's messed up! If that person hated Diru so much for "sounding like Luna Sea rip offs" then he/she must hate a whole lot of other bands for sounding like Dir en grey. I mean really, how many bands can you guys think of who sound or even act or look like Diru? There's a lot. It's because you tend to naturally copy or take pieces of what you think is cool and great. It's human nature. Get over it stupid!
Anyways, I want to go to the Hide memorial summit! I hope it does come out on dvd. I want it!
 
Bah, oh well... clearly those people have no idea what they're talking about..

But anyway, DVD!! They better make it a DVD, I wanna see!!
