Dir en grey

Dir En Grey and Fall of Troy opened the show, neither hitting any sort of stride that left a lasting impression. The frenetic Fall of Troy boasted solid musicianship but lacked a focus to make that playing pay off. And Dir En Grey is sort of like a Japanese version of Disturbed ・clean and bland songs, goofily dramatic lead singer ・which is one import we truly do not need.


did the person who wrote this still lives coz i am having the urge to kill him...i mean that person doesnt even know a single diru song and he doesnt know kyo....i am sorry but kyo is not one dramatic singer he is a passionate one
 
dakkii- omg what i would give todo be your friends dad..lol they've nbeen coming to america alot they were just here in febuary (and i missed the freakin concert cuz i was poor at the time) and now they'er back so for them to say they are coming back in winter dosnt sound son to me (i hope this time i get to go to the concert omg between L'Arc~en~Ciel new releases and Dir en grey concerts im really going to go poor by the end of this year)
 
I'm already poor. T_T Damn bills and credit card. I'm happy though. I got to see Diru again. ^_^; I'll be poor for Diru any day... seriously, I have not control over it.

dir en grey is one of my favorit band, so i wanted to post in this thread^^
last year i was on a live of them and now i can hardly wait until august, when they are in germany again
i´m so excited
 

If they come back in winter it will either be in January or February of next year. After the european shows i'm guessing they'll take some time off and then tour japan at the end of this year anywhere from the end of september - the end of december. I've heard so many different things from people about when diru is coming back, and the answer they've gotten is the same and that is they'll be back in winter, but you can't really confirm it.
 
Does anyone have any recent pictures of Shinya???????? Is his hair still the same?????????

-random- I played Conceived Sorrow for my piano exams.....my teacher said she was REALLY impressed! ^^

I decided to check these guys out. They're awesome! At first I thought it was ok, but after a couple of days listening to them, the songs wouldn't leave my head!!
 
^ haha it happens. They are really awesome though lol. You should check them out live if the Deftones tour is coming your way. They put on a great show.

I wrote the song out for piano myself ^^ If you's like, I can try writing the music out and I can send it to you But it might take a bit cause I've got exams coming up...and I'm really bad writing out music

OH! I didn't see Shinya pics!!! I look back then ^0^

I haven't heard much about this band except that they're going to be performing in October in Houston. After reading some of the posts, I'm going to have to order some of their music.

No, he's into club music. I think he was just making a point of the complete lack of originality. Neither one of us are fans of either so...

ehehehe thanks! I took me so long to get it to sound right!
I'm going to start writing it onto actual sheet music once I understand how to use the program ^^ So if anyone wants it, it might be done in a few weeks (or more...i'm really slow at these things)

@andie I dun think they'll be releasing a new single anytime soon....I guess their kinda busy touring around....^^ I hope they release atleast one new single before the year is over.....

Seeing Diru at the 2nd August show in London. Anyone else going to that show?
 
I just found out yesterday that my friend who said she might come with me to see diru in stockholm if I payed her ticket don't want to anymore because she says she can't stand the music :/ my hope of being able to go is now down to zero. because she was the one who could've been able to fix a ride down there. my mom will never let me go alone, seeing as she demanded someone over 18 to come with. I'm so sad about this.. I would give anything to go there..
 
Hahaa I don't like Diru so much, but when i heard Marrow of a bone songs, my heart beats very fast and I can say now, that I love Diru's new songs so much. I think that Kyo's voice is better nowadays. I hate Dirus old production
 
Man that SERIOUSLY sucks! My parents would never let me go, even if I went with someone older They think that they're all druggies and only other druggies will go to the concert and stuff. It's so lame

@Fxxr hmmm I liked alot of their old songs like CLEVER SLEAZOID and THE III D EMPIRE...........but everyone has a different opinion
 
How old are you? 16? I guess if you're confident that you'll be ok with going into the concert by yourself then you can tell your friend to just go to stockholm with you so that your mom thinks she's accompanying you. Then just tell her not to go to the concert and just hang out at the hotel or something lol. (i'm being a bad influence aren't I?)

i've seen some young kids who got dropped off at the show by their parents and then picked up lol. They seriously looked like 14 or something.

@Fxxr- wow it's usually the opposite that's kind of cool!

@Amita- CS isn't old ... IIID Empire isn't that old either XD just the album before last... ^_^ but isokay! i agree <3 i think i like every single diru song...
 
^well.......they're older than TMOAB.......kinda Those were just the first songs that popped into my mind ^^
