@ hyde- As far as i know most of Diru's stuff is still on youtube, and i spend a LOT of time on that website so you can take my word for it ;-) The youtube admins have been taking down a lot of copyright stuff lately as well, so that might also have fueled the rumors you heard. Thank god it's impossible for them to find and take down everything

@ Riyko- ok, what you did up there with the half-thought post literally had me cracking up for a full minute...a true testament to your alleged brain-deadedness As for your question....i've no idea. Something reminiscent of the obscure PV, perhaps?
 
Riyko: oh.. that makes more sense.... um... i can't really give an idea as i haven't heard the entire song..... <.<; it sounds like something that they could use the gore and dark image from "Obscure" on, but at the same time, they could end up doing something like they did with "Ryoujoku no ame"... where the true image of the song isn't shown in the video..... then again, the reason that they got in trouble with Sony was supposedly because they wanted to express the image of the single on the cover, so they may want to do that in the video too.... i'm just going to expect it to be one of their bloodiest, goriest, and sickest videos yet, and if they don't go that direction with it, i won't let it be too much of a shock. sorry if that made no sense.

Nana: be glad you're going... that's more than i can say.... hana and myself are just going to start saving up money and we'll go around the end of next year... prolly after christmas so that we can be there for the new year. ^.^
as for the new single being delayed, the OHP isn't showing any change in release date, nor are there any reports of delay that i've been able to find yet. and there is nothing on it on FWA. i'm not saying it can't happen, but i've not seen anything on it other than the report that you posted the link to.

Hyde_is_my_anti-drug: it wouldn't really make sense to have all the Dir en grey stuff taken off the site, though the band are less than please when people [ie: their fans] record their lives and then post them on the net for others to see. and, it's not so much that they don't want everyone to have the chance to see them live, but rather that they don't want the experience of seeing them live to be ruined.

Rikku-Chan: ☝ people flat-out said that they wouldn't take down the videos that they recorded? ☝ that's messed up. you would think that they would have a little more respect for the band than that.... then again, according to someone i know who was also at the OKC show, people on the other end of the stage [Kaoru and Totchi's side] were throwing rocks at the guys, so.... maybe i was giving people a little too much credit.

and, yeah... 26 laughing smilies on 6 posts is a little excessive.... but, imma make it 30 on 7 posts. *evil grin*

Since Google has boughten out Youtube for $1.65 billion, google will have all of the copywritten material off the site by the middle of 2007, so they won't be liable for the copywritten material on the site and get in trouble for it.
 
Riyko: yeah, [Kr] Cube could be another possibility..... hmmm..... *ponders and waits* Google bought YouTube? ☝ great... now it will go down the drain.... google is good for somethings, but not when it comes to videos.....

this is going to be really random, but it will drive me insane [not literally] if i don't find out, and i can't find any good pics to find out what it is..... does ANYONE know what the tattoo on Kaoru's left wrist says? i know it says something, but i can't get a clear enough pic of it to figure out just what... all i get is that it is definately words.... and i didn't really get a good look at it at the M&G in OKC so.... if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
 
Google bought Youtube 2-3 weeks ago there was an article about it. when I find it, i'll post it here.

It's kinda hard to get pictures of Kaoru's skin, he doesn't really display it that much (so weird for a jrocker, and yet so hot at the same time ) I didn't even know he had a tattoo on his wrist

But for some reason I kept on thinking that that was the tattoo that he got on his wrist too. I remember I saw someone with an avatar of the tattoo on his hand.

But look at this tat. I never knew it was so gigantic and dark... I seriously don't notice Kaoru's tattoos lol.

About the hair thing... I don't mind that they change styles, that is one of the things that keeps them interesting but there are always some styles you like better then others and I have to say that Toshiya looked better before, like from Macabre to Vulgar, that was his best time I think I don't know if you have seen it but on the VULGARism DVD, the song UGLY... omg... There is a scene, it's only one second long but gosh is Toshiya FIIIIINNEEEE there!!!

God, that sucks major balls about youtube and their, err, marriage to google. That was a great place for watching PVs *holds a little funeral*
 
The live child_prey mentioned --> Youtube hasn't deleted even a fraction of the videos of Diru....let's hope they keep it that way!

getting back on topic since this is not a wedding forum..

i never really noticed kaorus tattoo's like ever... i mean i knew he had a lot but when i saw him down in camden... he went to the front of the stage for his crab like headbanging position thing and i saw his arms and whoa T_T his tattoos r really hot... he had a lot more then i actually expected.. there was 1 i really liked on his arm... forgot what it was though -_-

hmm... i'm sure their parents are proud. i mean, how can they not be... look at all the people who try to make it in the music business and struggle for a long time before failing completely, and they only try for one country... Dir en grey have done more than succeed. i mean, they have some form of a fanbase in pretty much every country. suddenly, i lost my train of thought... probably a good thing, as that could have gone on for a while, but yeah.... i'm sure their parents are proud of them.... they may not have started out that way, well, not all of them, but they should be now..... i'm not making much sense, am i?
 
I only knew about the ones on his wrist, neck, and JZH one. I didnt know that massive thing was on his arm lol! And I didn't even realize it at the Camden show! But I like the one on his neck the most.
 
^ So off topic but... I think YouTube will lose a lot of it's popularity if copywritten stuff is taken off. LOL. I know I only go for that. I could really care less about some person's home made video of them lip syncing the numa numa song.

I think alot of people go to youtube only for pv's and music videos of their favorite bands and once that stuff is taken away googles purchase of youtube will be a waste of money.

I believe the tattoo on kaorus neck is of a bat. I don't know if that's correct or not and I don't have pictures of it T_T maybe someone else can help out alot more.
 
Haha no you haven't pixy I have a serious fetish for tats and I just want to get a closer inspection of the neck tats lol. Also Kyo has a new one on his neck as well I think.

Getting back on topic...i found a video on youtube of Diru funnies during 5Ugly Kingdom...some of the clips are old favorites like Kaoru and Die's drinking contest and messing around on Shinya's drums, but there's some gems there that you don't normally see --->
