Dear All,

I am new to this forum and am coming from Croatia :)

What I am looking for is the following-I would like to make stickers for my motorcycle and need the following words in Japanese KANJI :

BUSHIDO (ideally also plus 7 individual symbols that BUSHIDO represents)
SAMURAI

If it is possible, it would e great if someone could either write it or scan it or something and e mail it to me as a simple black and white image (JPEG, BMP or similar format...) in size at least 800x600 . If this is not possible, smaller image could also be ok and Ill see what I can do about it.

Thank you all so much If I can do anything for you from Croatia feel free to write.

SAYONARA!
Alex

i dont want to upset anyone but its a bit complicated putting symbols, on to a post your are best looking for a direct translation software, check the directory of this site.

hope you find what you are looking for.

武士道 <- bushido, in japanese its 3 characters of 3 syllables, not 7 symbols :)

侍 <- samurai, although it has 3 syllables its only one character

Just copy into MSWord, smack em up to a stupily big size and print them off :D

Guys thank you so much bit the "MS WORDW copy>paste method did not work..... It shows some empty squares when I copy them here and paste into word.

POTATOE - I didn't mean for you to post them here but If anyone knows some place to scan the symbols or make them in a PC programme and e mail them to me as an attachment.

Cheers
A.

maybe try browsing the net for them? here's samurai and bushidou, but they're a bit small and look like a kid or maybe a foreigner wrote it :p

edit: yeah the msword copy/paste method won't work unless you have japanese installed properly. just one moment and i'll upload it for you

editX2: here you are. i copy/pasted it into word, enlarged it, did print screen, saved it as a jpeg, and uploaded it to the web:)

much thanks to those who provided info in this thread!

Here is a large picture with the kanji in a more calligraphic font. I also included the hiragana for both words.
