Could Al-Qaida penetrate into Mihama power plant?

There is an opinion that recent stoppage of nuclear power plant Mihama was not because of technical failure. They say that there was an attempt of radioactive stuff stealing.
I don't know if it is true but there quite a few Pakistani common labors are working there. And they're arousing suspicion most of all. It would be no wonder if it will turn out that they followed Al-Qaida's directions.
What did the heads of the plant think about when they were hiring such fishy characters? Now they're obliged to rectify the situation and to run an internal investigation.
Why, everyone knows that even some of ISI (Pakistani reconnaissance) members approve of ben Laden and don't conceal it. Moreover I've heard that Pakistani nuclear engineers were accused of helping Al-Qaida terrorists to make ﾂ"dirty nuclear bombﾂ". And now Pakistani labors are working in our nuclear plant!
It would be lucky if USA wouldn't use this opportunity for putting pressure upon Japan. They need our support in their confrontation with China. Thus they can announce us as an outcast state and terrorists' helpmates and apply some unpleasant sanctions towards us. So that they could weaken Japanese economics and make us help them to wage their campaign against China.

The US, Japan, or an unknown dai sankokujin 窶佚ｦﾅｽOﾂ坂?伉人 of obscure identity with some criminal tendency in case of a natural disaster such as a tsunami or another major earth quake striking again as Mr. Ishihara warned the GSDF of in 2000 ?

The better question is....could the N. Koreans kidnap a top Jap nuclear scientist off the coast of Niigatta???
