There is no problem with asking if the addressee likes the skirt, right? The problem is on でしょう. You must be certain with your own emotions/feelings, that's why you can't use でしょう for your own preference.I also do not understand this as I used the particle が to mark スカート. Why is the subject still interpreted as "you?"
