Check my sentence?

Is this sentence correct?

"Mainichi, kuruma de garufurendo no ie ikimasu."

Thank you in advance everyone! Sentence structure is so confusing, I'm just trying to get a better understanding of how it all works.

You have used the particle 'de' to indicate the means of going to [your] girlfriend's house, now you need a particle to indicate where you go, I would use 'ni'. 「毎日、車でガールフレンドの家に行きます」(Mainichi, kuruma de gaarufurendo no ie ni ikimasu) would do. Particles are used to specify the use of a word in a sentence, what function it serves (direct object, subject, indirect object, etc.), so you need a particle after "girlfriend's house" that specify what purpose it serves in the sentence.

Is there another way to arrange the sentence and still have it make sense? I'm just trying to see if Mainichi could fit somewhere else.

Japanese sentence structure is not as strict as English, Japanese is a left-branching language, in that modifiers come to the left of the modificand. Here I think 毎日 is used as an adverb, in that it is telling you something about how/when the action is performed (going) in the same way that the adverb 'frequently' could also modify the verb 'to go'. Putting it anywhere (before the verb) in this sentence I think would allow you to be understood, but I would personally put it where you did or right in front of the verb. Let's see if somebody else chimes-in...

You can stick the mainichi into either of the gaps.

While "girlfriend" isn't exactly wrong it would be more natural to use "kanojo".
