The right lines of the date on the upper one is;
鞍馬会花見冠句集
抜粋四拾首
Thus, it's an anthology of selected 40 kanku/kamuriku (a kind of haiku) regarding hanami(cherry‐blossom viewing) by a gathering of haiku poets "Kurama-kai".

As for the lower one, the given name of the recipient would be 通家 Michiie.
