The pic of the stamp by itself is on the bottom right hand corner.

This looks Chinese: the writing on the image says year of the cow (wood element) March, Jiujiang-city, Nanhu. Year of the cow/wood could be 1985, 1925, or any other 60-year interval. I'm missing two characters in the middle - maybe relating to the location.
The stamps are a bit harder.
