What follows 旅の日程は決まってんだよ。 is 十五日の大安までには、なにがなんでも駿府に到着しなきゃなんねぇんだ。わかってんのかよ。, thus, his intention is "we shouldn't waste time./We should hurry up."
@ the OP, Japanese is a context-driven language. As you can see above, or also for the interpretation of 一緒になって, the meaning changes depending on the context. You should give us the background of the words, as you did in your previous post, instead of throwing just the fragments to us. Furthermore, you should give us your interpretations first.
