Please move your bicycle as unrgent matter or it will be taken away by us.

This means you parked your bike on the spot where you were not supposed to.

Obviously you parked your bike where parking is not allowed.
They kindly informed/warned that you should remove your bike immediately otherwise it will be moved to their depot of such bikes and you'll have to pay the charges for transportation and storage.

I hope you can move it away and park it somewhere appropriate.
If the bike was already removed, you have to contact the call centre and ask where the bike is stored (there are 12 storage place for bikes depending on where you parked your bike) and once the place is specified, you have to go there to get it back.
To receive your bike you'll need:
- key of the bike
- evidence to prove the person's name and address who came to claim the bike
(driver's license, insurance card/hokenshou, etc.)
- charge for transportation & storage : JPY3,000 (pushing bike), JPY4,000 (motor bike)

Thats great, thank you so much for your help. The bike is now in another place and hopefully I wont get anymore of those notices. Always difficult to know all the rules when you come to a new place.
