私はここにいますが、このサイトを調べています(しらべています)だけ。
がんばって!
ちなみに、「超」という言葉はだめですか?その言葉はカジュアルの言葉ですか? 「です」と「ます」分かった、一つの文に私はですを使うのか忘れました。ごめんなさい。![]()

doinkies said:Well, I imagine you looked up 中島美嘉 in the dictionary? Of course nothing would come up, since that is a person's name...Nakashima Mika. Ditto with Kimura Kaela's name... I said that they were people's names, that they are female singers who are popular in Japan, that Kimura Kaela is also a fashion model and variety show host, and that Nakashima Mika starred in the hit movie "Nana" last year. Nakashima (also spelled Nakajima) and Kimura are common family names/last names in Japan so next time you come across those names, you can easily tell that that's someone's name. ^^ WWWJDIC has a name dictionary on it too - go to "Search for Words in the Dictionary" and select "enamdict" down in "Options" (in the little pull-down box next to "Select different dictionary file")...this dictionary has various names in it including many names of Japanese celebrities, and Nakashima Mika and Kimura Kaela are both listed in it.
Also, Japanese people tend to write their names with no spaces, unless their family name has one kanji or two kanji and their given name only has one. Then they'll put a space between the family name and the given name to avoid confusion.
Basically, 熟語 (jukugo)/kanji compound consists of two kanji.Tomii515 said:ok...but i was referring to "女性歌手"
Somehow I don't think it makes sense to have to go to this much work of using an online dictionary, translator, etc for a beginning chat. It's also distracting if there are a lot of hiragana glosses or mistakes or whatnot....I'm the worst transgressor of all at making things too long,Tomii515 said:doinkes...i cant ranslate what you sdaid because the kanji u put doesnyt make sence, i cant find what the kanji means...you put the kanji together and when i look it up in a dictionary,or www.wwwjdic.com nothing comes up...if its a name can you put a * or soemthing next to it, or in ( ) put (NAME) or something...and when ur usuing the kanji can u seperate them with spaces, unless they are really ONE eword...thanx...

It's also distracting if there are a lot of hiragana glosses or mistakes or whatnot....I'm the worst transgressor of all at making things too long, but if this thread is going to be active again maybe everyone should try to limit themselves to one or two sentences or a short paragraph at most. Whatever is not understood then can be worked out right away and a real conversation is allowed to at least have the possibility of getting underway....
