Ayumi Hamasaki concert help!!

I downloaded a concert from Ayumi Hamasaki dome tour.... when I play it i get the sound but not the video....its just a blank screen? can anyone help??

My guess would be you don't have the right codec installed. What kind of file is it, .avi?
