App for a kanji pronunciation

Is there an app where I can take a picture of a kanji, say, a tattoo, and find out how it is pronounced?

such a faithful reproduction of the standard computer font in Japanese, it was probably just typed out and printed right on the stencil.

I never got a tattoo in english because I couldn't decide between Helvetica, Optima, or Bodoni
