For example the word 'Hana', in Japanese it means 'flower', and in Korean it means 'one'. Are there any other Japanese & Korean words that have the same sound or same romaji spelling? It doesn't matter if they have same or different meanings. Can anyone please help? Thanks!! :p

The terms you are looking for are "cognate" and "false cognate".

Many Chinese origin words have the same or similar pronunciation in the two languages.
e.g.
simin/shimin(citizen)
ondo(temperature)
sanso(oxygen)

FYI, "hana" can mean "first/beginning" in a specific context also in Japanese. This "hana" is considered to have the same etymology to the Korean equivalent.
