Hello everyone! I joined JREF while searching Japanese websites after getting invited to a website release party on facebook. So far I'm liking this site and I hope I can learn about more places to learn Japanese as I decided as of today to start learning it!
What was the event? The event is by a website called Jappleng University and it's supposed to release on Sunday (March 16).
I've taken a look at it and it looks promising! It's made by one person and it's been said like 50 times on the event page (lol!!) that it's not a for-profit project so everything is free. I don't know much else besides it seems to be getting a lot of attraction. I noticed that in the "invited" panel there's some interesting people (jvloggers) that are attending and there seems to be a relationship between Jappleng and Maggie Sensei? Or maybe Gimmeabreakman? I'm not too sure right now but either way I found the website interesting none-the-less.
So thanks to that website I'm here looking through references of other websites to add as bookmarks. There was one thing that caught my eye and that's "the Japanese-centric community is unique and one of the friendliest I've ever seen" was somewhere in the events post. Do you guys agree with this?
