A doubt regarding MEXT scholarship

Hello
I currently am studying in 11th standard in India and i would like to apply for MEXT undergraduate program for the year 2023 - 2024 is that possible??

you have to finish 12th to apply. a better choice would be to apply for a university and mext at the same time. you can join university and when mext results get out in December, you can drop your university before paying the 2nd term fee which is usually paid at the end of December and go to japan.
