1. にほんごのせんせいはなにをするのがすきですか？

2. あした、あめがふりますか？

3. あなたのともだちはりょうりがじょうずですか？

My answers:

1. せんせいはテニスをするのがすきだとおもいます。

2.あめがふらないともいます

3. はい。りょうりがじょうずとおもいます。

あめがふらないとおもいます can be correct, but は sounds more natural since you are talking about あめ in your answer (i.e., あめ is the topic).

3)
はい。りょうりがじょうずだとおもいます。
じょうず is a na-adjective, as same as すき.
