To answer the question of the curious members, the thread is about some bookstores in Shinjuku run by the Japanese "yakuza" gangsters that sell illegal pornographic manga. Openly pornographic material is still illegal in Japan, although there are ways to get it, like such bookstores...

No, it was an innocent joke, really !
It was this sentence that isn't comprehensible as Japanese so
I assumed it may have come from the poster's knowledge of Chinese....

You see, just because it had kana written, I had thought that was a Japanese sentence... oh, my embarassment !

1) It's a small world after all~.
2) Is the world really so narrow ?
I wonder if that makes any sense ?

The character ﾂ催ｳ zhai3/ze2 has the sense of 'narrow, small like a hole or groove.' Judging from that it could have been eitherinforseek said:
1) It's a small world after all~.

....the attempt was clearly Japanese but we don't speak like ﾂ「ﾂ催ｳ窶堙??堋ｷ ﾂ」 in particular. I can only assume 窶氾?铠赞 was trying to say something about the world being really narrow or restrictive ? How that relates to his family name is one of those mysteries....
