魔理沙:もう一度言うわ。邪魔なの。どいてくれる

Hello,

I am unsure about that どいてくれる. Does she say it with a rising intonation, so she is asking "Will you move?" ?

Yes. It's actually an order like どいてよ, though.

Right, but I don't think どく is used in other contexts than an order, even in polite forms.

How do you say "I'll move out of your way" even just joking? For example,

1> お前は邪魔!
2> どいてさしあげます

There is no problem when the subject of どく is the speaker. It can work as a humble expression. It's hard to use どく for the addressee's action other than an order. Even in a polite form どいてもらえませんか, it has somewhat a rude nuance, so it's usually not used for superiors or strangers.
