It's a general pattern in Kanasai or Western Japanese dialect. (Incidentally, it's common also in my home town. I'm using it in daily conversations.) As in the dictionary linked above, it's from classical Japanese, so the only exception is that the negative of する is せなんだ, not しなんだ(as in せぬ/せず vs しない).
